    Today, on this auspicious occasion I want to speak on the topic ‘health is wealth’. In the modern time, where pollution, global warming, and other environmental issues have covered us, the importance of health and fitness has increased to a great extent. We need to be more physically healthy and fit to win the current environmental challenges. It keeps us away from the diseases, infections and other lethal diseases by reducing extra kilos, improving the strength of muscle and bones, increasing immunity level, and maintaining the healthy functioning of our major body organs. It helps us to look better with lots of patience and confidence level.     I want to personally thank @joneseliteathletes for all you have done to push me to new heights & help me to meet my personal goals so quickly. Many of you know that God blessed Matthew & I on Valentines Day with the most precious & beautiful twins girls ever, but what you don't know is what my body endured. After having our twins, I couldn't figure out why I had a bulge in the center of my belly & why it wasn't going down quicker. After a few months postpartum, I discovered that I had developed Diastasis Recti. Diastasis Recti is "a condition in which the large abdominal muscles separate." Mine were separate 8-10 fingers wide to the left & right. I was so devastated, worried and didn't know what to do. I took pride in being healthy, taking care of myself and working out consistently & now to had two little ones who depended on me. I had to do something! I was assessed my Dr Jackleen Jones, DPT @jackleen_jones and she quickly said, "Yes, you definitely have Diastasis Reci and I can help you with a specific physical therapy regimen!" Over the past 4 months I have worked with Jaky 3 times a week to close the muscle gap (now 2 fingers apart) and 2 times a day with trainer Mychel Jones with 1 on 1 & circuit training. I am 5 lbs away from meeting my goal of 150lbs (pre baby weight). I have a lot more pounds to shed but can proudly say I have gone from 225lbs to 155lbs in less than 4 months.     Mike and Jackie make the perfect team. i have Trained with Mike for months and have lost weight and drastically increased my stamina. so much that i completed a 50 mile bike ride benefiting childrens Medcal center. i have had some knee and back issues and Jackie's physical therapy has been oustanding and both are doing much better now from Jackie's therapy. I highly recommmed both Mike and Jackie. They can homestly improve your life in several different ways.
