Our Circuit Training is a guided group session that varies in intensity, where you'll get individual attention & a team of support and motivation.
Perfect for those who want a personal trainer without the cost of 1-on-1 training.
Unlike other training facilities, we also provide an onsite Physical Therapy Clinic.
How many people are in a group class?
Classes will range between 10-20 people.
What days/times are the classes?
We offer classes 6 days a week. Our class schedule is listed below although we will be adding additional classes as we grow in number.
Currently classes are:
Monday 5:30 a.m. & 5:30 p.m.
Tuesday 7 p.m.
Wednesday 5:30 a.m. & 5:30 p.m.
Thursday 7 p.m.
Friday 5:30 a.m.
Saturday 10 a.m.
How long does the training session last?
approximately 60 minutes
How can I get started?
Sign up for our Challenge and show up for your first class! Our Trainers will talk to you on your first day and you can schedule your one-on-one session then.
Do I need to be an athlete?
Our sessions are designed to allow all clients to train at their own pace and reach personalized goals.

Will you help me with my diet?
You can schedule a meeting with any of our trainers to help with meal plans, whether you're looking to gain muscle or lose weight. Everyone in the Challenge will receive a Cheat Sheet for Nutrition. You will also receive a 10% discount for meal prep from Fit Core Meals and for all Herbalife Products.
How much weight should I expect to lose?
With our high intensity workouts, consisting of strength and aerobic training, and proper nutrition you will see results quickly. Expect to burn about 300-600 calories per workout and to continue burning calories for 24-36 hours following.
How many classes should I attend per week?
This is dependent on your personal schedule and goals, although we recommend 2-3x per week to see the best results over 12 weeks. This has been the most successful for most of our clients when combined with a good nutrition plan.
